Darko Trifunovic - Srebrenica Genocide Denier & "Terrorism Expert"

Blog about Darko Trifunovic, self-proclaimed Serbian "terrorism expert", falsifier of history, former identity theft criminal, and Srebrenica genocide denier.

Name:

I started this blog under the nickname "Richard" because I am sick and tired of Darko Trifunovic's attempts to censor and silence individuals and journalists who criticize him. Nobody is going to silence my freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is a right, not a privilege. My favorite research is centered around contemporary history, World War I and II with focus on the South Eastern Europe (Balkans); and Srebrenica genocide with focus on the International Law and Justice. Srebrenica genocide claimed 10,000 lives and is the worst act of genocide since the world war II.

DARKO TRIFUNOVIC - ELIGIBLE TO BE ARRESTED

GENOCIDE DENIAL IS A CRIME: LEGAL BASIS FOR IMMEDIATE ARREST OF DARKO TRIFUNOVIC IN GERMANY (HE IS SCHEDULED TO VISIT BERLIN ON JANUARY 29-30)

An Open letter by Global Intellectuals to the European Police (EUPOL) Congress

WE THE UNDERSIGNED DECLARE THAT DARKO TRIFUNOVIC SOULD BE PUNISHED FOR HIS DENIAL OF THE GENOCIDE IN SREBRENICA AS CONFIRMED BY ICTY

This is to advise you that the undersigned give their complete support to Congress of North American Bosniaks (CNAB), the umbrella organization of the North American Bosniaks, which acts, in the American Melting Pot and the Canadian Cultural Mosaic, to create, represent, protect and strengthen the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a united, democratic state and as a free and open civil society in the family of European states.

We support the interests of Bosniaks (preservation of Bosniak history, tradition, culture, spirituality and language) of over 350,000 American and Canadian Bosniaks who, for the most part, are the victims of aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina and the crime of genocide against Bosniaks and in that context we demand that Dr. Darko Trifunovic be barred from attending and/or participating in the 11th Congress of European Police which is to be held on January 29 and 30, 2008 in Berlin, due to his continuing denials of crimes against humanity and genocide perpetrated against Bosniaks in Bosnia and Herzegovina in general, and in Srebrenica in particular.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague has established that crime of genocide was committed in Srebrenica. Denial of that not only serves to insult the victims, but ought to constitute the basis for your decision that those who do not respect Rulings by the International Court of Justice in The Hague must not be given the right to participate in the Summit of European Police dealing with terrorism and crimes against humanity.

With this, and earlier statemets, CNAB advises the organizers, as well as general public and media, of facts which ought to disqualify Dr. Darko Trifunovic from such gathering. His public statements run contrary to the efforts and goals of the European Police.

Denial of genocide, by Dr. Darko Trifunovic, might be considered a criminal activity within the framework of the new proposals now being debated in the European Union.
